Daripada preview kita boleh lihat "phantom woman" sebenarnya bekerja untuk Dr. Shamil tetapi nampaknya gagal dalam menjalankan misinya? It seems like Lisa. We later see Lisa herself reveal kat Nik yang mereka serupa tetapi injects something on Nik to make him unconcious. Things get more confusing bila it turns out not to be Lisa after all but instead Professor Mazni. Mungkinkah Lisa sebenarnya tiada kaitan dalam semua ni? That Professor Mazni yang jadi phantom woman tu untuk mengaburi mata Nik? I really2 hope the episode doesn't end with what we see in the previews. Sama-sama kita tunggu dan lihat! Set your watch 9pm malam ni.

Bio-Nik Episode 9 Review: Nik To The Rescue!
We've finally come to the last episode aired so far. So lepas ni bolehla expect review yang tepat pada masanya. Xde lagi kene ingat balik episod-episod lepas. This episode is a continuation of the previous episode. Fauzir kini telah menjadi ala Incredible Hulk (cuma size masih sama) dan ditugaskan untuk menjatuhkan Nik. This is all part of Dr. Shamil and Professor Mazni's plan. Sebelum tu another thing to note, countdown still x tepat, hehe. Masih kene baiki skit. So jangan terperanjat kalo number of days die tak betul. Ok, let's review episode 9...
Last episode introduced us kepada konco baru recruited by Professor Mazni to carry out her devious plan to get Nik (for what we're still not sure). She injected the serum created by Jimmy into Fauzir creating a hulk-like monster. The first scene of the episode shows the "phantom woman" (from here i'll call her that untuk bezakan Lisa and that superhero memandangkan kita tak tahu identity die yang sebenar) entering Professor Hafiz's office to steal the ADAM program. This makes us question tujuan sebenar kewujudan phantom woman ni sebab die buat jahat dengan mencuri ADAM program but at the same time tolong Nik tangkap pencuri tempoh hari. Maybe there's more than meets the eye.
Dr. Shamil has set up a new office to continue his plan to make bionic armies out of the ADAM program. We then get to meet boss die yang die sedang bekerja with. Sounds like an investor for his plan. Professor Hafiz returns to his office to find it ransacked and the ADAM program missing. He calls Dr. Shamil to ask about it. Dr. Shamil memang dah berubah menjadi semakin jahat sejak kita mula-mula kite kenal character die. So phantom woman is with his team? However, she missed out getting the blue print of the program. This was the last thing Professor Hafiz has of the program. Later, kita dapat tahu kekasih Dr. Shamil on the other line is actually Professor Mazni. Professor Mazni sets Fauzir out to kidnap Alia, Nik's sister, to lure Nik into their hands. Sekarang the prof and Fauzir are on "aku kau" term. Dah x macam relationship cikgu dan murid. Macam tak consistant je. We also find out that the annoying lecturer is dead. 
At college, the gang meet up at the lab to re-create their topi pengimbas minda. Adi dan Nik masing buat sesi luahan hati membuatkan Kamal tergelak dengan kejiwangan diorang. Later, Nik and Adi meet up with pasangan masing2 to have lunch. Tinggallah Kamal yang terpaksa ikut sorang2. Sedih pulak bile tengok Kamal keseorangan sampai dia sendiri tertanya. Rupa-rupanya Nik and Aina tak declare lagi. Tapi apa je bezanya kalo dah berpegangan tangan bermanja2 ek? However Johan sees this and starts to get jealous. On the way they met up with Professor Hafiz. Can see the smirk on her face when she looks at Nik before leaving. Tapi untuk apa ek tujuan scene tu? Unnecessary.
The next scene happens in a hospital di mana kita dapat tahu mak Burn sedang ditahan wad sebab sakit barah tulang. I like this storyline cause it gives a back story to Burn and boleh di-integrate into the main storyline. This makes Burn more human walaupun kita tahu dia ugut Nik untuk berjaya dalam career dia. But I think he has a good reason. Outside Burn terserempak dengan Johan yang sedang minum. Little did he know that Johan yang purposely berada di situ untuk berbincang dengan Burn. Johan kemudian cuba menawarkan wang untuk mengubati mak Burn in return he writes about Nik and his abilities. Burn refuses but Johan still ask him to consider andai kate die berubah fikiran.
Back at Nik's house, Professor Hafiz returns to tell his wife, Aishah about Dr. Shamil mencuri program ADAM. Somehow boleh pulak Aishah cuba berfikiran positif about it seolah-olah tak kisah. Maybe she doesn't know the whole story. Alia later calls her cell phone to inform her mother of her whereabout. Tengah bercakap tetibe kedengaran seperti ade orang cuba menculik Alia. I think the call should've been Fauzir telling the mother that Alia has been kidnapped. Baru macam nampak logik kenape Alia nak telefon. Macam coincidence pulak time die telefonla die nak diculik. Professor Hafiz then calls Nik to inform him of the situation. At the location specified by Professor Mazni, Fauzir ties up Alia over a tank of acid agaknye. Berani jugak Alia talking back at Fauzir. 
The gang gathers at home to discuss what to do next termasukla Burn skali, dah jadi part of the gang pulak. Haha. Kelam-kabut betul mak Nik ni, at least we can see they keep her personality consistent macam episod awal2. Baru Nik nak cube cari dah receive call dari Fauzir. Kalo die dah receive call sejak awal tadi, boleh potong scene ni. Again mak Nik overacts by taking the phone from Nik to talk to Alia. Fauzir ask Nik to meet him tapi kawan2 laki die yang lain decides to follow but wait in the car. The gang thinks this is all part of Johan's plan menyebabkan Burn to reveal apa yang Johan cuba buat siang tadi. Gelagat Kamal dan Adi dalam kereta macam biasa membuat kita tak kering gusi tergelak.
Sampai kat warehouse near college, Nik enters to see Alia hanging above the acid. Tengah nak cuba lepaskan Alia, Fauzir stops him and weakens Nik. Dengan apa I'm not sure. Kalo nak katakan handphone macam tak patut jadi lemah sebab dia pakai jaket tu. So he knows another weakness of Nik? Maybe it's like a sonar noise maker or something. A fight starts between them sampai Fauzir sempat putuskan tali yang akan menjatuhkan Alia dalam acid. I just watched Cicakman 2 and I notice macam this scene is similar dengan scene yang melibatkan watak Sharifah Amani. A few more scenes in the film also seems repeated in the series. I just hope diorang tak tiru bulat2. Tiba-tiba phantom woman muncul menyelamatkan Alia tapi blah macam tu je tak tolong Nik. This distracts Fauzir giving a chance for Nik to attack him. Dengan kemarahan yang mengaburi Nik, die attack sampai Fauzir pengsan. The gang decides to enter the warehouse and stops Nik. Bila polis datang, they ask Nik to escape and Adi wants to take the blame. Tapi kenapa ek? Padahal Alia boleh bagi keterangan to make it seem an act of defense. Sama je kalo Adi yang take the blame. Bukan boleh kene tangkap jugak ke? We then see an officer carrying Fauzir out into a car and it turns out to be Prof Mazni. 
This episode brings back the action and excitement that Episode 7 brought. Tapi rasanye kalo gabung dengan previous episode pun ok untuk buat episod tu lebih padat. Sebab episode lepas sangat kosong dari segi isi. This is the kind of action I was waiting for for a superhero series. Syabas! Harap2 episod seterusnya continues the momentum.

Last Friday bukak radio Era I was surprised to hear lagu Tukang Gempak berkumandang. Mungkin they decide to release Tukang Gempak since Bio-Nik tengah hangat disiarkan. I also hope this has a counter effect di mana lagu ini akan membuatkan lagi banyak yang mahu menonton Bio-Nik! So apa lagi? Bio-Nik Episode 8 Review: "Aina Tu Macam Spare Part Je"
Akhirnya dapat catch up with the reviews. Before that, a big shout out to my friend yang tolong coding countdown timer kat sebelah kanan ni. Terrer kan die buat? Hehe. Episode 8 introduces us to a new villain "recruited" by Professor Mazni untuk melaksanakan plannye menangkap Nik. However, episod ni lebih memfokus kepada percintaan 3 segi antara Johan, Aina dan Nik. Again? But this time, masenye untuk Aina betul2 tau who Johan really is. Baru episod lepas declare, dah break-up? Full review after the break.
Episod bermula dengan perkenalan character Fauzir yang merupakan senior di college. At first die confront Johan sebab amik tempat lepak die, but it turns out that it was only a joke. Johan and Fauzir memang dah mengenali sesama sendiri for a while. Lepas Fauzir "pamer" girlfriend die, Johan pun asyik melayan her. This causes Fauzir to act up and start a fight with Johan. Tu la, yang pandai2 tayang awek sape suruh. Huhu. They were stopped by the security guards and brought to face Professor Mazni. Di pejabat Professor Mazni, Johan and Fauzir was asked about the incident that happen outside. She threatens to expel them unless someone confesses. Johan fesses up claiming Fauzir yang mulakan pergaduhan tersebut. This made Fauzir even angrier and tried to start another fight. Professor Mazni stops them but gives them another chance. Outside, they started another fight again. Tetiba nak bagi Fauzir elaun. Untuk ape ek? Kalo aku, amik je. 
Inside, Adi is waiting for Lisa tapi ternampak Nik approaching Lisa. Maybe die ingat diorg ade pape kot. I guess this means Nik tak bagitau kawan-kawan die pasal "catwoman" tempoh hari kot. Then Nik and Lisa masuk dalam untuk bincang pasal insiden tu. Lisa however denies any involvement with the previous night's robbery. Katanye die kat rumah auntie die. Macam mane pun Nik terpaksa terima alasan yang Lisa bagi to not make any mistake revealing himself. Lisa beredar, Adi and Kamal menyusul join diorg to confront Nik what is going between the 2 of them. Nik assures Adi yang diorang tak ada apa-apa. Just berborak. So we can forget about any jealousy between them. Lagipun elok gak daripada die buat semua orang yang pernah berkawan jadi musuh pulak (ie Dr. Shamil). 
At the gymnasium, a montage of Aina running on the treadmill is shown until she heads to the shower. There, 2 girls talk about Johan and Aina who they think is pretentious of her relationship with Johan when Johan is playing around with other girls. Bile Aina keluar dari showers, tersentak bebudak pompuan tu. Padan muka. Mengumpat lagi. Kat padang futsal, Johan tries to mengorat one of the cheerleaders, Siti (Sape ek? I'm having a crush :p Comel). Aina sees this and breaks up with Johan. Disusuli pula dengan another montage of Aina kesedihan. Nasib baik they kept the montages short. 
Sementara tu di lab Professor Hafiz, Dr. Shamil tries to steal the ADAM program from Professor Hafiz's computer but was caught in the act. This was the beginning of the end of their friendship. Dr. Shamil ugut akan menyusahkan Professor Hafiz dan keluarga. Dr. Shamil is then seen contacting somebody he special i guess to tell that someone that he was fired. Mula-mula melenting merapu ape pun tak faham. Orang yang buat subtitle pun tak tahu nak translate ape. Haha. Bile die kate "I Love You" dah terasa macam die dengan Professor Mazni ni ade kaitan. 
That night, Aina went to Nik's house untuk sesi luahan hati. Nik brings Aina to a restaurant where his parents like to go and also where Professor Hafiz proposes to his wife. There they talk about their problems. Aina apologised to Nik for hurting him before and ceritakan masalah die dengan Johan. Nik talked about the accident that made him afraid to drive again. Senang plak Aina ingat pasal accident memandangkan it's like any other accident. Rasenya Johan kan dah penah cerita pasal ni. Siap cerita yang Nik dah dipasang besi lagi sampai Aina suruh stay away. Baru 2 episode lepas dah dilupakan? Anyway, ini membuatkan Aina determine untuk mengajar Nik to drive again, to conquer his fear. Nik was hesitant at first but in the end accepted her offer. Lepas Nik balik dari berdating, die ternampak adik dia kebosanan kat luar rumah. Nik asked her what's wrong and she complains that no one cares about her anymore especially Nik yang dah macam tak rapat dengan Alia dah sejak accident tu. At least we know she's still alive and well. Lame tak nampak Alia (Cantik gak :p). Then suddenly we see a montage of Professor Hafiz working. Macam unnecessary je. 
Next day, Fauzir was called to Professor Mazni's office to expel him from college. He begs the professor and is willing to do anything to prevent expulsion. So Professor Mazni pun suruh Fauzir datang ke makmal Kimia untuk menjalankan experiment ke atas Fauzir. Perbualan diorg didengari oleh Lecturer yang tak pandai berlakon tu (Sori, tak tau nama :D). Outside, Aina brought Nik to college to teach him to drive again. Hesitant gila Nik nak start driving again. He gave up at first and that made Aina melenting. Garangnye. Sian Nik, that guy went through a lot. Tak boleh nak paksa2. Tapi Nik ni pulak macam pengecut je. Dah jadi kuat tapi makin takut, macam terbalik plak tujuan diletakkan besi. Akhirnya berjaya jugak Aina convince Nik.
Malam tu Fauzir meets Professor Mazni and Jimmy in the chemistry lab while the lecturer follows behind them. Jimmy ties Fauzir to his seat while the prof prepares to inject the serum. This serum would later make Fauzir stronger. Incredible Hulk la ni. So I guess serum tu effect die berbeza untuk lain2 orang. Fauzir became uncontrollable and manage to free himself dari ikatan. Lecturer tu pun tanya Professir Mazni untuk dapat tahu ape yang diorg tengah buat but the episode ended with him being attacked by Fauzir Hulk. 
From a great episode last week, kita balik kepada episod yang kurang sikit isi die. This is more a prelude untuk episode seterusnya. The preview was very misleading. Ini membuatkan saya rasa apa yang dilihat di preview is the highlight of the episode. They could've combine this episode with the next to make it a complete story. Tak perlu kita tertunggu-tunggu.
